Terms of Service

Effective 2 July 2026

OPSIN is operated by ZHC Labs Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore ("OPSIN", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the OPSIN app and website ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What OPSIN is

OPSIN is a general wellness and lifestyle tracker for sunlight, vitamin D and circadian light habits. It provides estimates and educational information only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please read our Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to use OPSIN.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any app-store terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering it except where permitted by law, interfering with its operation, using it unlawfully, or relying on it for medical, diagnostic, safety-critical, or occupational-exposure decisions.

5. Subscriptions & payments

OPSIN offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("Premium"). Where you purchase through an app store (e.g. Apple App Store), billing, renewals, free trials, and cancellations are handled by that store under its terms; manage or cancel your subscription in your app-store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with notice.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates, forecasts, or recommendations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPSIN and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any harm arising from your reliance on the Service — including sunburn, skin damage, over- or under-supplementation, or any health outcome. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
